1. General Information

The following terminology applies throughout these Terms of Use:

• "Client", "You", "Your" refers to you, the person using this website or purchasing from us.

• "Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our", "Us" refers to Muli House Inc.

Muli House Inc. specializes in the design, manufacture, and sale of high-quality and ready-to-assemble (RTA) cabinetry.

2. Products & Services

We offer:

• Cabinetry design

• Standard frameless and shaker-style cabinets

• Cabinet accessories and hardware

All products are described as accurately as possible; however, natural wood variations and slight color differences may occur. We reserve the right to make changes to products or discontinue items without notice.

3. Orders & Payment

• All orders must be confirmed in writing and are subject to acceptance by Muli House Inc.

• Full payment or a specified deposit must be received before releasing any of our products.

• Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Bank Transfer, Zella, Checks, Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card(3% fee).

4.Production & Lead Times

Production and/or Service timelines vary depending on the complexity and scale of your order. Estimated lead times will be provided at the time of order confirmation but are not guaranteed. Delays due to material availability, design revisions, or client approvals may extend delivery timelines.

5. Pick-Up & Handling

• All orders are to be picked up from our designated warehouse location.

• Customers will be notified when orders are ready. Pick-up appointments must be scheduled in advance.

• We can assist with loading upon request; however, it is the customer’s responsibility to properly secure items for transport.

• Muli House Inc. is not responsible for damage during or after pick-up once the products leave our warehouse.

• All items must be inspected at pick-up. Any damage or missing components must be reported immediately before leaving the premises.

6. Installation

Installation is not included unless otherwise stated. We recommend using experienced professionals for cabinet installation. We are not responsible for issues or damage caused by improper installation.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

• Orders are final sale and non-refundable.

• Items may be exchanged within 45 days in original condition and packaging with prior approval and a 15% restocking fee will apply.

• Orders must be paid in full at the time for pick-up. No products will be released without full payment.

• Cancellations on orders must be made within 30 days of deposit for a full refund and a 15% restocking fee will apply.

8. Factory Warranty

We offer a 1 year of limited warranty covering manufacturing defects for cabinets and 6 months limited warranty for hardware. This warranty does not cover:

• Improper installation

• Normal wear and tear

• Water or moisture damage

• Wood grain and color variations

• Misuse or lack of proper care

Proof of purchase and photographs may be required to process a claim.

9. Communication Consent

By providing your contact information, including phone number and email address, you consent to receive communications from Muli House Inc., including but not limited to order updates, appointment confirmations, promotional offers, and customer service messages. These communications may be sent via phone call, text message (SMS), or email. Message and data rates may apply for text messages, depending on your mobile carrier.

You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the message or by contacting us directly. However, we may still contact you regarding active orders or account-related matters.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, logos, product designs, and written material are the property of Muli House Inc. and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Muli House Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. All disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date.
